Please note that the following FAQ only addresses in-game issues specific to certain Skylanders toys and Magic Items.
Traps work a bit differently in Skylanders SuperChargers than they did in Skylanders Trap Team. When a Trap with a villain inside is present on the Portal, a Skystone Card of the villain is unlocked. These are used in the Skystones Overdrive mini-game.
In order to capture villains and race with them, you’ll need to use a villain trophy, available in Racing Action Packs (sold separately) and the Skylanders Dark Edition.
This is an error in the quest text. The enemies actually need to be defeated with the Stone Uppercut ability.
This occurs when multiple attacks are used at the same time. Removing and replacing ShroomBoom from the Portal fixes this issue.
This happens when any Skylander is replaced by Voodood during any Elemental Zone. Removing and replacing Voodood on the Portal fixes this issue.
There is an issue present that allows player to use Blades’ Cyclone Swirls repeatedly when you switch Blades for another Skylander then replace Blades on the Portal. You’ll need to avoid using the Cyclone Swirls ability repeatedly to prevent the drop in frame rate.
This is working as intended. In Skylanders SuperChargers, Magic Items now unlock legendary treasures at Skylander Academy.
This can occur when you switch the Skylander on the Portal to another one while the legendary treasure is also on the Portal. Simply removing and replacing the legendary treasure fixes this issue.
This is working as intended. Double Trouble’s Waterwalker ability is not supported in Skylanders SuperChargers.
Sprocket’s turret tends to cause issues when placed near collisions or other objects. Avoid doing that and you should be fine.
Hoot Loop and Blackout can often bypass collisions with their teleportation ability. Use it less often, and you should be okay.
The ability description in the game is misleading. You don’t need to hold the button for every attack as described. It’s easier to do the ability by pressing the primary attack button and holding the button during the third attack.
Using Scratch’s Playful Pounce ability near the limits of the map can let her fall outside of the map. Be careful when playing with her. If this does happen, you’ll need to restart the level.
