If you don’t have enough space to install a game or app, you will need to uninstall other games, apps, or files to clear enough space on the hard drive.
The best way to resolve this is by removing and replacing the Skylander on the Portal of Power. If this doesn’t resolve it, you’ll need to restart the game.

- Your wireless Portal of Power is low on battery power.
- Your wired Portal of Power was disconnected.
- A broken Skylander toy was placed on the Portal of Power.
If this does happen, try the following:
- Make sure your Portal of Power has fresh batteries or is properly connected.
- Take the Skylanders toy off the Portal of Power.
- Replace your Skylanders toy back on the Portal of Power.
You might also need to restart the game.
