Where to redeem codes and how to access or get help with Call of Duty: Modern Warfare III promotional bonus content

Use the tracker to find out what to do to get your bonus content included in Call of Duty®: Modern Warfare® III promotions. We recommend redeeming codes without the game running. Otherwise, you might need to restart the game to receive your items.

1. I got an error message when I tried to redeem my code. What should I do?

Follow the guidelines based on the error message you received.

 

INVALID CODE

Be sure you're entering your 13-character code as it's displayed on the receipt, insert, or packaging.

 

CODE ALREADY REDEEMED

The code you entered has already been used to redeem this bonus content. Please look for your content in the game.

 

MAX LIMIT REACHED

This account has already received this bonus content using another code. Be sure you are signed in to the correct account.

2. I didn't receive a code for my digital content. What should I do?

If you are missing a code that was printed on a receipt or printed on or inside specially-marked packaging, please contact your retailer.

3. I redeemed a code, but I can’t find the content in the game. What should I do?

In some cases, it can take up to 24 hours for bonus content to appear in game.

If the game was running when you redeemed a code, please restart the game. If you're on a console, please also try rebooting your console.
