What to do if you're having trouble buying or spending COD Points in Call of Duty: Infinite Warfare

 

If you are having a problem with a COD Points purchase or spending COD Points in Call of Duty: Infinite Warfare, follow the guidelines below based on what you're experiencing.


Please allow up to 12 hours for Store purchases to appear in game. If your COD Points are still not showing up after waiting 12 hours, you may need to restart your console.

If the issue persists beyond 12 hours, please choose your platform below to contact us:

Some items received through Supply Drops or Zombie Crates will be inaccessible until certain levels are reached to unlock the item. This includes Prototype and QR-M5TR Collection weapons, Combat Rig items, and personalization items. Be sure to check for your items in the Prototype Lab, QR-M5TR Collection, and the Loadout and Combat Rig sections in Create A Class to find your new items, which are marked with a green icon. Fate and Fortune Cards earned in Zombie Crates are found in the Zombies Loadout section.

Please note: Duplicate items received in a Supply Drop or Zombie Crate are immediately dismantled and converted to Salvage.
