Call of Duty: WWII Bonus Content and Code Support

Where to redeem codes, and how to access or get help with Call of Duty: WWII bonus content

 

WWII

 

Use the tracker to find out what to do to get your bonus content. In most cases, items you redeem can be picked up in game from the Mail vendor in Headquarters.

Please note: We recommend redeeming codes without the game running. Otherwise, you might need to restart the game to receive your items.

Beta Combat Pack
– Helmet, Emblem, and Calling Card

You are automatically entitled if you participated in the Private or Open Beta. Combat Pack items are unlocked and available in game at launch. No code or redemption required.

Multiplayer Upgrade
– One Prestige Token and four hours of 2XP

Standard and Pro Editions:

Your redemption code is the same as the Beta code that was printed on your receipt.

Digital Standard and Digital Deluxe Editions:

Content is unlocked and available in game at launch. No code or redemption required.

Please note: The WWII Multiplayer Upgrade is available with Digital Standard Edition pre-orders and all Digital Deluxe Edition purchases.

Anyone who logs in to Multiplayer between November 3 and November 17 will be granted this promotional pack. Items will be available through the Mail vendor after completing the requirements. No code or redemption required.

 

PlayStation 4

  1. From the PlayStaion Home screen, select the Store icon.
  2. Select Redeem Codes at the bottom of the menu.
  3. Enter the code.
  4. Once the code has been entered correctly, select Continue.
  5. Select Confirm to accept the Terms of Service.
  6. Select Continue to complete the code redemption.

Xbox One

  1. From the Home screen, scroll right to Store.
  2. Under Categories, select Games.
  3. Select Use a code. Or, say “Xbox, use code.”
  4. Sign in if prompted.
  5. Select Or enter the 25-character code, and then enter your code.

PC

  1. Launch the Steam client software and log into your Steam account.
  2. Click the Games Menu.
  3. Choose Activate a Product on Steam...
  4. Follow the onscreen instructions to complete the process.

Follow the guidelines based on the error message you received.
