GameBattles, part of the Major League Gaming (MLG) network, is the largest online destination for competitive console and PC gaming. Featuring tournaments, leagues, ladders, forums, and more, GameBattles is home to more than 10 million registered gamers worldwide and more than 16 million teams looking to compete in their favorite games.
Beginning 05/11/2017, MLG will launch a GameBattles Beta for Call of Duty: Infinite Warfare. Within the beta, GameBattles will integrate player information from the website into Call of Duty: Infinite Warfare and use it to automatically create custom games. The results of the custom games will then be sent back to GameBattles website.
If you’re having in-game issues such as lag or you suspect a player is cheating or glitching, you can submit a ticket on the MLG website or your match page within the MLG mobile app. Learn more about submitting tickets.
If you’re having issues with GameBattles beta integration or other GameBattles features, please send an email to support@mlg.tv.

GameBattles integration within Call of Duty: Infinite Warfare enables your team to compete in GameBattles matches directly on Call of Duty: Infinite Warfare. After your team creates or accepts a match, the GameBattles integration system does the rest of the work for you!
Here are the benefits of the new integration system:
GameBattles integration within Call of Duty: Infinite Warfare makes it easier than ever to compete on GameBattles!
Using GameBattles integration within Call of Duty: Infinite Warfare makes competing on GameBattles easier than ever before. All you need is to link your PSN ID or Gamertag to your MLG account and create a team on the In-Game Beta ladder on the Call of Duty: Infinite Warfare arena.
Once your team is created, create a match, and you will be ready to play!
Once your team has a scheduled match, open Call of Duty: Infinite Warfare and navigate to the MULTIPLAYER section and then select GAMEBATTLES BETA.
Once the GameBattles Beta option is selected in-game, you will see your earliest scheduled match. When you are ready to join, select JOIN GAME, and you will automatically be entered into the lobby. Once in the lobby, select READY TO START. Once all players in the lobby have joined and have readied up, the game will start. After a winner for the match has been determined, the match results will automatically be reported on GameBattles.
Although GameBattles In-Game Beta matches use dedicated servers, the first person to join the lobby is the lobby host. If the lobby host leaves the lobby before the game starts, rejoin the lobby and ready up again.
Although the GameBattles In-Game Beta Ladders use dedicated servers, the first person to join the lobby is still the lobby host. As such, it is possible that not all players will be able to connect to the host.
If you or your teammates are unable to connect to the lobby host, please message the other team and explain that a new host must be found. The lobby host will then leave the lobby, and a new host can create the lobby.
Teams have until 15 minutes after the match start time to join the lobby. If not all players have joined within the 15-minute grace period, the game will automatically start.
If your opponent fails to show up completely, the lobby will be closed, and your team will receive instructions in-game with how to proceed in order to be awarded the win.
Once the grace period is over, take a picture of the message your team receives indicating that your opponent has failed to show up, and on GameBattles report that your opponent did not show up. Then, submit a Match: Scores Dispute ticket with your evidence and a staff member will manually award your team the win once we verify your opponent no showed.
If a problem arises in-game, such as suspecting your opponent cheating, it is still necessary to record evidence in order to support your claims.
Once the match is completed, please submit a Match: Scores Dispute ticket and describe the problem and include any supporting evidence. Your proof will then be reviewed, and the match outcome will be reversed once we confirm the opposing team should be forfeited.
