ISSUE

DESCRIPTION

I can't equip the JAK Cutthroat stock.

– All platforms

An issue preventing players from equipping the JAK Cutthroat stock on the MCW Assault Rifle or the MCW 6.8 Marksman Rifle is under investigation.

The Gilded Camo for the SOA Subverter isn’t progressing.

– All platforms

An issue has been identified where the Dopamine Camo appears unlocked and complete for the SOA Subverter. In order to begin progression on the Gilded Camo for this weapon, you will need to complete the Dopamine Camo requirements (15 Operator Headshots).

The Season 3 BlackCell is unavailable.

– All platforms

We're investigating reports that some players are seeing the Season 3 BlackCell listed as "Unavailable".

Workaround: In the meantime, the Season 3 BlackCell can still be purchased through your platform’s store.

I'm getting a message saying "One or more DLC packs are out of date."

– PlayStation 4

Some PlayStation 4 players are receiving persistent DLC pop-up messages in game. This issue is being investigated with Sony PlayStation.

I'm seeing the wrong game image when I install.

– PlayStation and Xbox

Some players will encounter changes with how Call of Duty games are listed during the download and installation process. For example, some players who install Modern Warfare III from a physical disk may first see the Modern Warfare II icon and name listed until Call of Duty HQ has fully updated after a Day One patch to unlock Modern Warfare III. This is due to production lead times during ongoing Call of Duty HQ development.
