ISSUE	DESCRIPTION
I'm getting Dev Error 0xO8E46539. – PlayStation 5	An issue causing some PlayStation 5 players to receive Dev Error 0xO8E46539 when launching the game is under investigation. Workaround: Follow the steps below depending on whether or not you also own Call of Duty: Black Ops 7. Be sure to shut down the game before proceeding. I own Black Ops 7 Select the gear icon on the home screen to open Settings. Select Users and Accounts. Go to Other and select Restore Licenses. I do not own Black Ops 7 Select the gear icon on the home screen to open Settings. Select Storage. Select the storage device that contains Black Ops 6 and select Games and Apps. Select Call of Duty and choose Select Items to Delete. Select the Edit icon (Select individual items). Check all Add-Ons content associated with Call of Duty: Black Ops 7 and Call of Duty: Warzone. Select OK. Please note: If you wish to play Warzone, you can reinstall the game after performing the steps above.
I’m getting a message that says “NOT AVAILABLE. Purchase Black Ops 6 to have access to everything.” – PC Game Pass	If you receive this message trying to access Black Ops 6 through PC Game Pass, please check your Microsoft Store device management to ensure you haven’t exceeded your Microsoft Store device limit. If you’re below your device limit and still receive this message, please reach out to us for help.
One of my Loadouts changed. – All platforms	An issue causing Primary or Secondary weapons to reset to default weapons, such as the XM4, upon selection is under investigation. Workaround: Some players have found success by deleting and rebuilding affected loadouts. Did you have a Melee Weapon blueprint in your loadout? If so, you can also try the following: Re-equip the Melee Weapon blueprint into your loadout. Replace this blueprint with a base Melee Weapon. Delete the loadout. Rebuild the loadout.

I'm getting Dev Error 0xO8E46539.

– PlayStation 5

An issue causing some PlayStation 5 players to receive Dev Error 0xO8E46539 when launching the game is under investigation.

Workaround:

Follow the steps below depending on whether or not you also own Call of Duty: Black Ops 7. Be sure to shut down the game before proceeding.

I own Black Ops 7

Select the gear icon on the home screen to open Settings.
Select Users and Accounts.

Did you have a Melee Weapon blueprint in your loadout? If so, you can also try the following:

Re-equip the Melee Weapon blueprint into your loadout.
Replace this blueprint with a base Melee Weapon.
Delete the loadout.
Rebuild the loadout.

Resolved Issues

AMD

An issue causing game crashes for players using AMD Radeon RX 400 and AMD Radeon RX 500 graphics cards has been addressed.

Ninja Perk

An issue affecting the Ninja Perk functionality has been addressed.

Party King Calling Card

Players who earned the Party King Dark Ops calling card can find it in the Calling Card customization section under the "All" tab.

Message of the Day

An issue causing some players to get stuck “Loading message of the day” has been addressed.

Prestige

An issue preventing players from entering Prestige through the Prestige home screen has been addressed.

Abomination Challenge

A rewards delivery issue related to the Abomination Challenge has been addressed.

Joyride Operator Skin

The Joyride Operator Skin for Maya has been re-enabled.

Enemy name tags and icons

A color coding issue affecting enemy name tags and icons has been addressed.

COD Points balance

Players should now see their correct COD Points balance in game.

Theater Mode

Theater Mode has been re-enabled.

Ranked Play Armory

An Armory access issue in Ranked Play has been addressed.

Ranked Play Combat Record

A Ranked Play Combat Record data display issue has been addressed.

SR progress

A visual issue affecting SR progress displaying in game has been addressed.

Abyssal Horror Calling Card

A tracking issue with the Abyssal Horror Calling Card has been addressed.

Attachment access

An issue showing previously unlocked attachments as "Unlocked at Level 1" has been addressed.

Clan Tag crashes

Crashes occurring when interacting with the Clan Tag menu have been addressed.

JAK Salvo

An issue preventing players from accessing the JAK Salvo has been addressed.

Quartermaster Suppressor

An issue preventing players from accessing the Quartermaster Suppressor has been addressed.

Fast Times camo

A progression tracking issue for the Fast Times camo for the D1.3 Sector has been addressed.

Ferrofluid bundle

An issue preventing players from accessing the Tracer Pack for the Ferrofluid bundle has been addressed.

Zombies crashes

Crashing issues related to pausing during Zombies matches have been addressed.

Battle Pass tab

An issue causing players to get kicked to the main menu when attempting to access the Battle Pass from game lobbies has been addressed.

Crossplay settings

An issue causing some crossplay settings to reset has been addressed.

Ranked Play Rewards

An issue with the delivery of Operator skins for players who met the Ranked Play requirements has been addressed.

Split Screen

An issue causing Player 2 to be immediately kicked when attempting to enable split screen has been addressed.

Zombie crashes

An issue causing games running AMD GPUs to crash in Zombies has been addressed.

Gumball Ballistics

Unintended effects blocking aim visibility when using the Gumball Ballistics weapon blueprint from the I.D.E.A.D. Bundle have been addressed.

Campaign Challenges

Campaign challenges tracking issues have been addressed.

Snaked Medals

A tracking issue affecting the Flowing Low Calling Card challenge has been addressed.

"Down the Hatch" emote

An issue preventing the "Down the Hatch" emote from playing correctly in or after matches has been addressed.

Fresh Grind

An issue with the delivery of the Fresh Grind emblem for eligible CDL stream viewers has been addressed.

Reset Multiplayer/Zombies Medals and Zombies Solo Save Files

Restoration for players impacted by reset Multiplayer and Zombies profile data and Zombies Solo game saves is complete.

Campaign Cash

An issue causing Campaign Cash to show an extreme negative or positive value has been addressed.

Incorrect player ranks

Players should now see correct player progression levels in game.
