ISSUE	DESCRIPTION
I'm stuck in a Fetching Online Profile loop. – All platforms	An issue placing some players in a Fetching Online Profile loop when entering a game mode is under investigation. Workaround: Some players have found success by launching Call of Duty, joining a friend’s party before selecting a game mode, and then changing their Loadouts to default or entering Prestige if available.
My Clan Tag changed and I can’t change it back. – All platforms	An issue altering some Clan Tags is under investigation. If you need help restoring access to editing Clan Tags, please reach out to us for help.
One of my Loadouts changed. – All platforms	An issue causing the Primary Weapon in a Loadout to reset to the XM4 Assault Rifle upon selection is under investigation.
I didn't get the Fresh Grind emblem. – All platforms	An issue with the delivery of the Fresh Grind emblem for eligible CDL stream viewers is under investigation.
A Campaign Challenge isn’t tracking my progress. – All platforms	An tracking issue for some Campaign challenges is under investigation.
I didn't get a code from Monster. – All platforms	We’re aware of delays with the delivery of codes from Monster Energy. Please stay tuned to their code redemption page for updates.

Resolved Issues

Reset Multiplayer/Zombies Medals and Zombies Solo Save Files

Restoration for players impacted by reset Multiplayer and Zombies profile data and Zombies Solo game saves is complete.

Campaign Cash

An issue causing Campaign Cash to show an extreme negative or positive value has been addressed.

Incorrect player ranks

Players should now see correct player progression levels in game.

BlackCell contet on Steam

An issue preventing some Steam players from equipping Season 01 BlackCell content has been addressed.

Assault Rifle damage ranges

The damage ranges for Assault Rifles have been corrected to reflect Season 01 values.

Lethal and Tactical crafting in Zombies

An issue preventing players from being able to craft more than one Lethal or Tactical at crafting benches in Zombies has been addressed.

Ghost Perk

An issue preventing the Ghost Perk from unlocking after meeting requirements has been addressed.

Scrambler Daily Challenge

An issue with tracking the Scrambler Daily Challenge has been addressed.

HE-1 Launcher

The description for the HE-1 Launcher has been corrected. The launcher does not feature lock-on capability.

Superstar Calling Card

Completing the Superstar Calling Card challenge will now grant the Calling Card.

Woods Operator Pack

An issue with the delivery of the Woods Operator pack to eligible Xbox Game Pass players has been addressed.

Optic attachments

An issue that removed Optic attachments from Loadouts when entering the Gunsmith has been addressed.

"Loading message of the day"

An issue causing some Steam players to get stuck on Message of the Day loading screen has been addressed.

Enhanced Headphone Mode settings

The Enhanced Headphone Mode has been reenabled in Audio settings on all platforms.
