Achievements for Call of Duty: Modern Warfare III and Call of Duty: Modern Warfare II

Information about achievements updates for Call of Duty: Modern Warfare III and Call of Duty: Modern Warfare II

With Call of Duty®: Modern Warfare® III and Call of Duty®: Modern Warfare® II becoming standalone titles, players who reinstall either game will have their achievements and trophies ported over from the Call of Duty experience. These achievements and trophies you’ve previously earned will automatically unlock the first time you log in to the standalone versions.

In addition, the achievements and trophies from Call of Duty: Modern Warfare III and Call of Duty: Modern Warfare II will remain in the Call of Duty experience.

Xbox players: Players will retain Gamerscore related to their previous achievements in the Call of Duty experience as well as gain Gamerscore when they first log into the standalone titles. For example, if you had 400 Gamerscore from Call of Duty: Modern Warfare III prior to the reinstallation requirement, another 400 will be added to your overall Gamerscore when you first log in to the standalone version of Call of Duty: Modern Warfare III.

PlayStation players: A platinum trophy is now available in Call of Duty: Modern Warfare III for the first time via the standalone version of the game.
