Supply Drops are back in Call of Duty: WWII and are your source to get your hand on unique cosmetic loot, including weapon variants, customization items, and much more, at launch. Fans will be able to customize and personalize their experience via four types of Supply Drops available in the game, each one containing at least three loot items with random levels of rarity.
After opening any Supply Drop, the loot items you acquire are immediately added to their respective categories within the Soldier tab in the Multiplayer or Nazi Zombies menu, and sometimes both, depending on the item. For example, Uniforms are only available in Multiplayer and Self-Revives can only be seen in Nazi Zombies, but you can check out your Calling Cards in both modes.
Supply Drops
The most common type of Supply Drops in Multiplayer and Nazi Zombies are earned by playing the game online. In Multiplayer, you can also earn Supply Drops for completing Orders and Contracts where a Supply Drop is listed as a reward.
Supply Drops in Multiplayer contain three items used to customize your profile, your Soldier, or your currently unlocked weapons. In Nazi Zombies, Zombie Supply Drops contain five items: two Multiplayer-exclusive items and three Nazi Zombies consumable items.
We’ve also included a handful of highly sought-after Weapon Variants that can be found in common Supply Drops or earned by completing designated Orders or Contracts, giving you a better chance of obtaining these fan favorites.
To open a Supply Drop in Multiplayer, press R2 while in Headquarters and use the menu in the bottom right-hand corner. To open a Supply Drop in Nazi Zombies, press R2 while in the Nazi Zombies menu.
Rare and Epic Supply Drops
Rare and Epic Supply Drops are available as rewards for completing specific Orders and Contracts in online Multiplayer. Like Supply Drops, Rare and Epic Supply Drops also award three customization items. However, Rare Supply Drops guarantee you one Rare or better item, and Epic Supply Drops guarantee one Epic item.
To open a Rare or Epic Supply Drop, press R2 while in Headquarters and use the menu in the bottom right-hand corner.
Collections
Accessible through the Quartermaster, Collections are sets of items that range in rarity and cost to acquire. Open the Collections menu at the Quartermaster station to check out the items you own and the items you need to collect to complete a Collection.
Collections can include a combination of Weapon Variants, Emotes, Calling Cards, Pistol Grips, Uniforms, Weapon Camos, Emblems, Special Helmets, and Weapon Charms, which can be found in Supply Drops or acquired using Armory Credits. Completing a Collection will net you a special Epic item.
The rewards found in Supply Drops are not always available for you to use right away. While you can access items such as Calling Cards, Emblems, and Emotes at any time, some items are unavailable until you unlock its base version. For example, if you get a variant of the M1A1 Carbine assault rifle, you won't be able to use the variant until you reach Rank 31 and unlock the M1A1 Carbine.
Uniforms are specific to a Division and can only be used in the Division in which it's assigned.
After the two Multiplayer items in Zombie Supply Drops appear, they are quickly replaced by the two remaining Nazi Zombies items. To see the Multiplayer items you received, head to the Multiplayer menu and go to the Soldier tab. The categories of your new loot items will be marked with a green star.
The difference between Supply Drops and Rare or Epic Supply Drops is Rare Supply Drops guarantee a Rare or better item while Epic Supply Drops guarantee one Epic item. That means the odds of getting hard-to-find items are higher in Rare and Epic Supply Drops. On the other hand, there are a handful of highly sought-after weapons that are only available in Supply Drops.
Equipping an item through the Collections menu or the Quartermaster is not possible. You’ll need to go the Soldier tab in the Multiplayer or Nazi Zombies menu to equip an item.
