Digital editions of Black Ops 6 are available now for pre-order in the Call of Duty in-game store or your platform’s store.

Physical editions of Black Ops 6 on disc-enabled Xbox and PlayStation consoles are available now for pre-order through participating retailers.

Digital editions

Digital edition pre-orders through platform stores or the Call of Duty in-game store automatically register you for Early Access to the Open Beta. No codes are required. When Early Access begins, you’ll be able to download the Open Beta immediately.

Physical editions

If you pre-order or pre-purchase a physical edition of Black Ops 6, a code will be required to register for Early Access to the Open Beta. In most cases, the Early Access code will be printed on the retail receipt or sent to you via email on an online receipt.

Game Pass subscribers

Players with an active subscription on a qualifying Game Pass plan can download and play the Open Beta during Early Access. No code or registration is required.

Head over to callofduty.com/betaredeem and follow the instructions on the page to reserve your spot for Early Access to the Open Beta.

You'll need to be logged in to your Activision account to enter your Early Access code. If you don't have an Activision account, you can create a free one.

Once your Early Access code is successfully redeemed, you’ll receive a success message confirming your registration for Early Access.

Before the Beta begins, players who registered with a code will receive an Early Access Beta token via email. This token can only be redeemed on the platform you selected when you redeemed your Early Access code.

To ensure you receive updates on the Open Beta, double-check your email address and make sure it is up to date in our system. Log in to your Activision account to check or make changes to your registered email address.

Please note: Early Access codes are only required for physical edition pre-orders or when pre-ordering a code for a digital version of the game through a retailer. If you pre-ordered a digital edition of Black Ops 6 on a platform store, through the Call of Duty in-game store, or you’re an active subscriber of a qualifying Game Pass plan, you don’t need a code to gain Early Access to the Open Beta.

If you've lost, can't find, or can't read the Black Ops 6 Open Beta code that you received for pre-ordering, please contact your retailer to recover your Open Beta code.

Head over to callofduty.com/betaredeem to check your Early Access status. A message will appear stating that you've redeemed a code, indicating you’re registered to participate in Early Access.

No. When you register for Early Access, you’ll be asked to pick the platform you want to play on, and you'll receive one code only for the platform you choose.

Early Access Beta tokens will be delivered via email close to the beginning of Early Access to the Open Beta. Stay tuned for more details about Open Beta dates and timing.

After the Early Access Beta tokens are emailed, they will also be available when you log in to callofduty.com/betaredeem.
