Call of Duty: Black Ops 6 Beta Code Support

Where to redeem and how to get help with codes for Early Access to the Call of Duty: Black Ops 6 Beta

All physical edition pre-orders of Call of Duty®: Black Ops 6 include a code to register for Early Access to the Black Ops 6 Open Beta*. In most cases, the Beta code will be printed on the retail receipt or sent to you via email on an online receipt. Please contact your retailer if you didn't receive your Beta code or can't locate it.

Players may also obtain codes for Early Access through various promotions prior to the Beta.

If you digitally pre-ordered Black Ops 6 or have an active Game Pass subscription, you don't need a code. You’ll be able to start playing the Black Ops 6 Open Beta when Early Access is scheduled to begin on Friday, August 30, at 10:00 AM PT.

1. Where do I redeem my code for Early Access to the Black Ops 6 Open Beta?

Head over to callofduty.com/betaredeem and follow the instructions on the page to secure Early Access to the Black Ops 6 Open Beta. Please be sure to select your correct platform and region to avoid any delays in beta participation.

You'll need to log in with an Activision account before entering your Beta code. If you don't have an Activision account, you can create a free one.

Please note: You will only be able to register for Early Access on a platform that has an account linked to your Activision account.

Once your Beta code is successfully redeemed, you will be registered to participate. Before Early Access goes live, Call of Duty will email you a separate Early Access Beta token. Redeem this token on the platform you selected when you registered for Early Access.

To ensure you receive Early Access Beta token and updates on the Open Beta, double-check your email address to confirm it is up to date in our system. Log in to your Activision account to check or make changes to your registered email address if necessary.

2. Where can I check my Beta status?

Head over to callofduty.com/betaredeem and log in to your Activision account. If you’ve successfully redeemed a code for Early Access, you will see a message at the top of the page stating, “You have already redeemed a code” along with the platform you selected during registration.

3. I got an error message when I tried to redeem my Beta code. What should I do?

Follow the guidelines based on the message you received when redeeming your Early Access code.

You already used the code entered.

This message will appear if you try to enter a Beta code a second time. If you see this message, the account you are logged in with is already registered for Early Access.

The code you entered has already been redeemed. Please be sure you have entered the correct code.

This message indicates that the Beta code you entered has already been redeemed and cannot be used again.

If you haven't already redeemed a Beta code and think you're receiving this message in error, please reach out to us for help.

Please make sure you’re entering your 10- or 13-character code as it’s displayed on your receipt or insert or in the email in which the code was provided.

Code characters can sometimes look similar or may appear smudged or distorted on your receipt. Be sure you’re entering the code exactly as it’s displayed on your receipt. Please contact your retailer for help if you're unsure about your code's characters.

Please also make sure you are entering a code to register for Early Access to the Beta. In some cases, your code may need to be redeemed through your platform.

If you think you're receiving this message in error, please reach out to us for help.

4. What should I do if I lose, can’t find, or can’t read my Beta code?

If you've lost, can't find, or can't read your Beta code that you received for pre-ordering, please contact your retailer to recover your code.

5. I registered for Early Access, and Call of Duty emailed me a second code. What do I do with this code?
