In accordance with applicable data protection laws and regulations, Activision's Privacy & Data Protection Portal provides users with the following request options to protect their personal data.
A request to access your personal information (Subject Access Request) will include personal information associated with the account you log in with, including personal information associated with any other accounts you have linked to that account at the time you submit your request for the data categories you select.

A Data Portability request will include personal information associated with a verified Activision account. Data Portability requests can only be made for Activision accounts.

A request to delete your personal information (Right to Erasure) will permanently delete all personal information associated with the account you log in with, including all personal information associated with any other account(s) you have linked to that account at the time you submit your request.
Please note: Once we begin deleting personal information as part of a Right to Erasure request, it cannot be canceled*.
*If a Right to Erasure request includes Call of Duty: Mobile, you will be notified in game when the request is submitted.
IMPORTANT!
If you choose to delete your Activision account, Call of Duty: Mobile account, or any platform account, this means all personal information associated with the account you verify and all personal information associated with any other accounts linked to that account will be deleted.

Activision will never be able to restore any personal information included in your deletion request, as described above.
If you request to have personal information deleted and you choose to play an Activision game again, you will not be able to recover any progress, in-game items or virtual currency for any Activision games for your verified account(s) or any accounts you have linked to that account, and any locally-stored data or game services may become unavailable for use.
In any case, once you confirm a request, your personal information cannot be recovered. The request cannot be undone.

Under the laws of some states, consumers have the right to opt out of the sale of personal information or the sharing of their personal information with third parties for targeted advertising (also known as cross-context behavioral advertising or interest-based advertising).

The personal information that is collected when you register for an Activision Account (e.g., Name, Email Address, Mobile Number, Password, Physical Address, Activision ID, and Linked Accounts) can be changed on your Activision account profile. If you find personal information that is incorrect, please visit your Activision account profile to correct your personal information. Residents of California, Colorado, Connecticut, and Virginia can request a Right to Correction via email at privacyrequests@activision.com.
Some state laws allow residents who are not satisfied with our response to their requests to appeal our decision by contacting us as described in the written notice we will provide to you.
