ISSUE

DESCRIPTION

I’m not gaining SR after Ranked Play match wins.

– All platforms

Teams are investigating report that players who use the “Stay With Team” option in Ranked Play are not earning SR in subsequent match wins.

My optics appear blurry when aiming.

– Xbox One

An issue causing blurriness when aiming down sights using an optic is under investigation.

I’m getting a 0xfffffffe error.

– Microsoft PC

Players have reported encountering a 0xfffffffe error. This error state can be resolved by repairing the game application.

  • Select Start → Settings → Apps → Installed apps.
  • Find Call of Duty.
  • Select the More (three dots) icon and select Advanced options.
  • Select Terminate.
  • Under Reset, select Repair.

If this error persists after repairing the application, you will need to reinstall the game.

I don't have access to my Black Ops 6 Ranked Play rewards.

– All platforms

An issue preventing some players from accessing some of their Black Ops 6 Ranked Play rewards is under investigation.

I’m getting a message that says “NOT AVAILABLE. Purchase Black Ops 7 to have access to everything.”

– PC Game Pass

If you receive this message trying to access Black Ops 7 through PC Game Pass, please check your Microsoft Store device management to ensure you haven’t exceeded your Microsoft Store device limit.

If you’re below your device limit and still receive this message, please reach out to us for help.

I'm getting an error message when attempting to log in to the game.

– PC

An issue causing some PC players to receive a time out error — such as "Quit to desktop" — when logging in to the game is under investigation.

To help with this investigation, you can provide your PC crash logs through our PC Crash Report form. Please be sure to enter the error you received into the error code field.

X-Ray Tango Tracer Pack

An issue with the Death FX included in the X-Ray Tango Tracer Pack has been addressed.

 

Survival Instinct Mastery

Tracking issues with challenges required to earn the Survival Instinct Mastery (Prestige 3) calling card have been addressed.

 

Daily Challenges

An issue preventing  some players from receiving all their allotted Daily Challenges has been addressed.

 

Baron of the Wasteland rewards

Reward delivery issues with the Baron of the Wasteland have been addressed.

 

Game crashes

Game crashes related to peripheral disconnections have been addressed.

 

Endgame Operator resets

Endgame Operator resets have been addressed.

 

GobbleGums

Visual errors leading to incorrect GobbleGum totals displaying have been addressed.

 

Zombies Augments

An issue impacting Augment research and progression has been addressed.

 

Tactical equipment

Progression tracking for Tactical equipment has been addressed.

 

Weekly Challenges

Progression tracking for Weekly Challenges has been addressed.

 

Engame Operators

An issue causing selected Operators to change when entering Endgame has been addressed.

 

Exit 115 challenge

Reward delivery for completing the Exit 115 challenge in Zombies has been addressed.

 

Promotional Camos

The Promotional camos section should now appear in the camo Customize menu.

 

Quick Play filter

An issue preventing some players from accessing the Quick Play in Multiplayer filter has been addressed.
