ISSUE

DESCRIPTION

I didn't get my rewards after verifying my email.

– All platforms

An issue with the delivery of rewards for players who re-verified their email through the Black Ops 7 Email Verification Incentive has been addressed. Impacted players can re-verify again to claim their rewards.

I can't access the Guild Override Camo.

– All platforms

The Promotional camos section is currently missing from the Universal camos tab in the Customize menu.

I didn't get a Proving Grounds reward.

– All platforms

An issue with placement tracking in the Proving Grounds event is under investigation.

I'm getting an error message when attempting to log in to the game.

– PC

An issue causing some PC players to receive a time out error — such as "Quit to desktop" — when logging in to the game is under investigation.

To help with this investigation, you can provide your PC crash logs through our PC Crash Report form. Please be sure to enter the error you received into the error code field.

Resolved Issues

Quick Play filter

An issue preventing some players from accessing the Quick Play in Multiplayer filter has been addressed.
