Call of Duty: Mobile players can participate in various promotions that can reward them with COD Points, in-game content, or other items. Below you will find answers to questions about code redemption and how to access your rewards in the game.

Please note: If the promotion you participate in includes a physical item, you will need to contact the promotional partner for any issues with the item.

1. What are the requirements to participate in a Call of Duty: Mobile promotion?

The following are required to participate in a promotion:

  1. A compatible mobile phone or device
  2. Internet access
  3. An Activision account
  4. The latest version of Call of Duty: Mobile

In most cases, participation is only available with a purchase associated with a promotional partnership. Promotions may also be limited by region or device.

2. Where do I go to redeem a code?

Be sure to review any instructions provided by the promotional partner. In some cases, you may need to confirm your proof of purchase with a partner or retailer online to receive a code redeemable for rewards.

Before entering a code, be sure you have the latest version of Call of Duty: Mobile installed on a compatible device.

You will also need an Activision account. If you don't have an account, you can create a free one.

Once you have a code, go to the Call of Duty: Mobile Redemption Center and follow onscreen instructions:

  1. Enter your Call of Duty: Mobile UID.
    • To find your UID in the app, from the home menu, tap your nickname at the top left corner of the screen, then tap the second tab to open your Player Profile. Your UID is a long number, 20 digits or so in length, displayed below your nickname.
  2. Enter your 12-character code.
  3. Enter the Captcha code required for verification.
  4. Relaunch Call of Duty: Mobile.
  5. Tap the envelope icon at the top of the home screen to open the Mail center and claim your reward.

3. What should I do if I don’t receive a code?

If you don’t receive a code for a promotion, please contact the promotional partner.

4. How long do I have to redeem a code?

Please refer to the terms and conditions of the promotion. In some cases, codes may expire and need to be redeemed by a specific date.

5. What should I do if I have an issue redeeming a code or don't receive my in-game rewards?

If you receive an error or face any other issues when redeeming a code, or you didn't receive your in-game rewards after redeeming a code, you can get help within the app. Tap the ? icon at the top of the main lobby screen to reach out to Activision Support or access help content.
