I'm missing an Active Duty slot.

– All platforms

We've received reports that some players are unable to access DMZ Active Duty slots that came with bundle purchases.

The Season 06 BlackCell is unavailable.

– PlayStation/Xbox

We’re aware that some players are seeing the Season 06 BlackCell as “Unavailable”.

In the meantime, the Season 06 BlackCell can still be purchased through your platform’s store.

I didn’t get a Ranked Play Operator Skin.

– All platforms

End of Season Skill Division Operator Skin have been delivered to eligible players.

I’m experiencing performance loss on PC.

If you’re experiencing performance issues on PC, please reach out to us. We ask that you have a DxDiag file ready to share.

1. Search “dxdiag” on your PC.
2. Open the DirectX Diagnostic Tool.
3. Select Save All Information.

My DMZ Faction missions aren’t tracking properly.

We’re investigating some inconsistencies with Faction mission tracking in DMZ. Please continue to reach out to us if you experience any tracking issues.

I'm not gaining XP after completing Daily Challenges.

– All platforms

We're investigating a graphical issue where XP bonuses earned for completing Daily Challenges are displaying as 0 in the After Action Report.

I'm getting a message saying "One or more DLC packs are out of date."

– PlayStation 4

We're investigating an issue causing some players to receive persistent DLC pop-up messages in game.
