Call of Duty: Modern Warfare III Beta Code Support

Where to redeem codes and how to get help with a Call of Duty: Modern Warfare III Beta code

I redeemed an Open Beta code. What happens next?

Players who have successfully redeemed an Open Beta* code on callofduty.com are registered for the Open Beta. Before Early Access goes live, Call of Duty will email you an Early Access Beta token. Redeem this token on the platform you selected when registering for the Open Beta to gain Early Access.

All physical edition pre-orders of Call of Duty®: Modern Warfare® III include a code to register for Early Access to the Call of Duty: Modern Warfare III Open Beta*. In most cases, the Open Beta code will be printed on the retail receipt or sent to you via email on an online receipt. Please contact your retailer if you didn't receive your Open Beta code or can't locate it.

If you digitally pre-ordered Call of Duty: Modern Warfare III through the PlayStation Store, Xbox Store, Battle.net, or Steam, you don't need a code. You're automatically registered to participate in the Call of Duty: Modern Warfare III Open Beta with Early Access on your pre-order platform.

1. Where do I redeem my Call of Duty: Modern Warfare III Open Beta code?

Head over to callofduty.com/betaredeem and follow the instructions on the page to reserve your spot in the Call of Duty: Modern Warfare III Open Beta*. Please be sure to select your correct platform and region to avoid any delays in Open Beta participation.

You'll need to log in with an Activision account before entering your Call of Duty: Modern Warfare III Open Beta code. If you don't have an Activision account, you can create a free one.

Please note: You will only be able to register to play the Open Beta on a platform that has an account linked to your Activision account.

Once your Open Beta code is successfully redeemed, you will be registered to participate. Before Early Access goes live, Call of Duty will email you an Early Access Beta token. Redeem this token on the platform you selected when registering for the Open Beta to gain Early Access.

To ensure you receive Early Access Beta token and updates on the Open Beta, double-check your email address to confirm it is up to date in our system. Log in to your Activision account to check or make changes to your registered email address if necessary.

2. Where can I check my Open Beta status?

Head over to callofduty.com/betaredeem and log in to your Activision account. If you’ve successfully redeemed an Open Beta* code, you will see a message at the top of the page stating, “You have already redeemed a code” along with the platform you selected during registration.

3. I registered for the Open Beta, and Call of Duty emailed me a second code. What do I do with this code?

If you’ve successfully redeemed an Open Beta* code, you will be sent an Early Access Beta token to grant you access to the Open Beta. Early Access Beta tokens will be emailed from callofduty.com and will also be available on callofduty.com/betaredeem before the Open Beta begins.

Redeem your Early Access Beta token on the platform you chose when registering for the Open Beta.

  2. Under Account, select Payment and Subscriptions, then select Redeem Codes.
  3. Enter the Early Access Beta token and select Redeem.

4. I got an error message when I tried to redeem my Open Beta code. What should I do?

Follow the guidelines based on the message you received when redeeming your Open Beta* code.

You already used the code entered.

This message will appear if you attempt to enter an Open Beta code a second time. If you see this message, the account you are logged in with is already registered for the Open Beta.

The code you entered has already been redeemed. Please be sure you have entered the correct code.

This message indicates that the Open Beta code you entered has already been used to register for the Open Beta and cannot be used again.

If you haven't already redeemed an Open Beta code and think you're receiving this message in error, please reach out to us for help.

Please make sure you’re entering your 10- or 13-character code as it’s displayed on your receipt or insert or in the email in which the code was provided.

Code characters can sometimes look similar or may appear smudged or distorted on your receipt. Be sure you’re entering the code exactly as it’s displayed on your receipt. Please contact your retailer for assistance if you're unsure about your code's characters.

If you think you're receiving this message in error, please reach out to us for help.

5. What should I do if I lose, can’t find, or can’t read my Call of Duty: Modern Warfare III Open Beta code?

If you've lost, can't find, or can't read the Call of Duty: Modern Warfare III Open Beta* code that you received for pre-ordering, please contact your retailer to recover your Open Beta code.
