I'm missing an Active Duty slot.

– All platforms

We've received reports that some players who purchased the Tracer Pack Blunt Fingers bundle cannot access the additional Active Duty slot included in the bundle.

I didn’t get content from the Faction Showdown Event.

– All platforms

We’ve received reports that some players are missing content earned through the Faction Showdown community event.

Please try clearing cache on your console or PC.

Shadow Company won the event. For Shadow Company Victory Rewards to unlock, players must have completed all of the Shadow Company Faction Challenges:

  • Get 50 Operator Kills
  • Get 15 Operator Kills while Focused with Snipers
  • Get 15 Operator Kills from Behind with SMGs
  • Get 10 Operator Kills with Launchers
  • Get 5 Operator Kills with Lethal Equipment

Completing these Challenges also unlocked the Shadow Lance Marksman Rifle.

Shadow Company Victory Rewards

  • Horangi Operator Skin
  • Blood Cell Weapon Camo
  • One hour of Double Battle Pass XP

Victory Rewards for Task Force 141 were not awarded.

The Season 05 BlackCell is unavailable.

We’re aware that some players are seeing the Season 05 BlackCell as “Unavailable”.

In the meantime, the Season 05 BlackCell can still be purchased through your platform’s store.

I’m experiencing performance loss on PC.

– PC

We’re actively investigating performance issues on PC, including stuttering and reduced frame rate.

To help with our investigation, please reach out to us. We ask that you have a DxDiag file ready to share.

1. Search “dxdiag” on your PC.
2. Open the DirectX Diagnostic Tool.
3. Select Save All Information.

My DMZ Faction missions aren’t tracking properly.

We’re investigating some inconsistencies with Faction mission tracking in DMZ. Please continue to reach out to us if you experience any tracking issues.

I'm getting a message saying "One or more DLC packs are out of date."

We're investigating an issue causing some players to receive persistent DLC pop-up messages in game.
