DESCRIPTION

I can’t equip the Borealis camo.

– All platforms

An issue preventing players from equipping the Borealis camo on Modern Warfare III weapons within Warzone is under investigation.

I can't access an attachment I unlocked in the Armory.

– All platforms

An issue preventing players from attaching the Quartermaster Suppressor or the JAK Salvo aftermarket part after unlocking them in the Armory is under investigation.

The Abyssal Horror Calling Card isn't unlocking.

– All platforms

A challenge tracking issue for the Abyssal Horror Calling Card is under investigation.

My Skill Rating didn’t change after a Ranked Play match.

– All platforms

An issue affecting Skill Rating adjustments after Ranked Play matches has been addressed, and a fix for affected players is being explored. Stay tuned for updates.

The game crashes when I try changing my Clan Tag.

– All platforms

An issue causing crashes when interacting with the Clan Tag menu is under investigation.

I can't use the Reclaimer 18 Shotgun.

– All platforms

The Reclaimer 18 Shotgun has been temporarily disabled.

My Operator skin isn't displaying in game.

An issue with the in-game display of the Cull and Nocturn skins for the Riptide Operator is under investigation.

My Clan Tag changed and I can’t change it back.

An issue altering some Clan Tags is under investigation.

I'm getting a message saying "One or more DLC packs are out of date."

– PlayStation 4

Some PlayStation 4 players are receiving persistent DLC pop-up messages in game.

Troubleshooting: Ensure that all Add-Ons for Modern Warfare III are installed.

1. Navigate to your Library and select Call of Duty.
2. Select PlayStation Store from the options on the left.
3. In the list of Your Add-Ons, install all Add-Ons for Modern Warfare III.
4. Launch Modern Warfare III.

If the troubleshooting steps above don't resolve your issue, completely uninstall and then reinstall the game and all Add-Ons.
Resolved Issues

Fast Times camo

A progression tracking issue for the Fast Times camo for the D1.3 Sector has been addressed.

 

Ranked Play Rewards

An issue with the delivery of Operator skins for players who met the Ranked Play requirements has been addressed.

 

Gumball Ballistics

Unintended effects blocking aim visibility when using the Gumball Ballistics weapon blueprint from the I.D.E.A.D. Bundle have been addressed.

 

Top 250 Ranked Play rewards

An issue preventing some players from accessing Legacy Top 250 Rewards from Modern Warfare II Ranked Play within Warzone has been addressed.

 

Crashes on Loading Screen

An issue causing crashes or freezes on some loading screens has been addressed.

 

Locked Operator Skins

An issue where the Ghost - Golden Phantom or the Konig - Vapor Operator Skin is locked in Warzone has been addressed.

 

Fresh Grind

An issue with the delivery of the Fresh Grind emblem for eligible CDL stream viewers has been addressed.
