The security team carefully monitors to ensure fair play and will actively remove players who do not adhere to these policies. The account holder is responsible for any infraction on the account. Penalties are applied no matter who was playing at the time.
Please review the following before submitting an appeal:
- Permanent bans will only be overturned if we determine the infraction was due to your Activision account being hacked.
- Temporary bans and accounts in a limited matchmaking state are not eligible for appeal.
- To preserve the integrity of our security systems and detection methods, we will only be able to provide you with the status of your appeal after our investigation is complete.
- We will not respond to multiple submissions or appeals sent through other channels.
- Decisions made as part of the appeals process are considered final.
